Great 2 Bedroom Apartment in great location. Hardwood Floors thru-out. Built in shelves and Bay window in living room. Ceiling fans. Front Porch. I guess my current tenant can say it the best ” I loved the apartment: three blocks away from the subway, which was 15 mins into cc, and two blocks away from the bus(21) on Chestnut and a block from the bus on Spruce. Walking to PENN/Grocery was 15 mins away and the neighborhood feels even more safe since Jacob and I first moved in. There are also new coffee shops and lots of great places to eat around too. The apartment has a lot of storage and the space is really roomy; Nick and I barely used the living room, which is big, because our rooms were so comfy. I would stay but I think I’m done living with someone.”
